Warranties and Terms of Sale
Warranty
SSRC warrants that the goods manufactured and sold by SSRC will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after receipt of goods.
SSRC cannot be responsible for damage caused by shipping, poor means of storage, improper installa- tion, or any other reason beyond its control.
If at fault, SSRC will repair or replace defective goods free of charge in a manner decided upon by SSRC. Any replacement or repairs performed by others without written authorization from SSRC will be at their own expense and may void UL listing and warranty.
Terms of Sale
Standard terms of sale are net 30 days from date of invoice, with approved credit.
All returns must be accompanied with a factory authorization return number and may be subject to a 25 per cent restocking fee. No returns will be allowed after 120 days from shipment date.
Factory quoted freight estimates are based on single shipment, common carrier, prepaid and added to invoice. Any special handling, multiple shipments and/or air freight requests must be stated on purchase order and may be subject to separate invoicing.
All prices are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise stated. If damages or shortages occur during transit, have carrier make note on freight bill and notify SSRC immediately. Payment for merchandise should not be delayed pending freight claims.
Past due accounts are subject to a 1 1⁄2 per cent monthly interest charge.
